City Impact served over 1,820 at-risk/high-risk low-income children, youth and families throughout Ventura County.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, schools were closed, Stay at Home Orders were implemented and new restrictions/guidelines were continually changing. City Impact learned to pivot and adapt our programs and services to meet the needs of the children, youth and families.
Programs and services were provided remotely and by online platforms. Our Counseling therapists provide counseling services via Tele-health. Case Managers and Mentors supported our youth via ZOOM with fun group activities (cooking classes, etc.) and tutoring.
