City Impact, Inc.
City Impact is a multicultural community-based organization formed in 1995 to meet the growing needs of at-risk/high-risk children, youth and low-income families throughout Ventura County.
Our mission is to promote the educational, physical and emotional well-being of at-risk children, youth and families in our programs.
Our vision is to serve as a pivotal agent in integrating different people groups in reconciliation, empowerment of youth and development of leaders. A comprehensive methodology is used to meet the needs of the community.
“City Impact started out as really just a very small idea that has mushroomed into an organization that is respected, that is valued, and that is making a difference in our community every single day and I am just so grateful that you are part of this community.”
Greg Totten, Ventura County District Attorney
Our programs and services have proven to improve academic performance and school attendance, reduce youth violence amongst at-risk children and youths, reduce juvenile delinquency, positive change in attitude towards school, improved self-esteem, and improved peer and family relationships. City Impact's effectiveness has won the trust of civic leaders, law enforcement, educators and pastors, that have opened numerous doors for creative programs to reach troubled children, youth and their family members.
