THE VISION
A Village Built Around Care

Dulzura Village is a planned community of thirteen tiny homes on forty acres of land in San Diego County. It is designed not just as housing, but as a place where neighbors share a communal kitchen, gather in a community center, and trust their children to on-site childcare.
