HOLIDAY OUTREACHES |
| Thanksgiving Outreach |
During the Thanksgiving Holiday, City Impact provides turkey dinners for low-income families of El Rio and Nyeland Acres in Oxnard, CA. St. John's Lutheran Church assists in providing turkey and all the fixins' for 250 families! It's an awesome experience to be a part of this event and we are grateful to our wonderful volunteers; it couldn't have gone more smoothly.
We now need your help!!! In the past, you have always been so gracious to City Impact and we hope that we can call on you once more to assist us during this holiday season. On a weekly basis, we have a unique opportunity to serve those in greatest need. Our desire is to provide protein-rich goods to families. |
Would you consider donating non-perishable food items or canned goods to El Rio’s weekly pantry? If it is more convenient, you can also make a tax-deductible gift. I know times are difficult, however, may we ask that you would at least share this request with your friends, family and neighbors? Every little bit helps!
With your assistance, City Impact can make a difference to fight hunger this Christmas! All tax-deductible donations can be sent to City Impact “Rio Food Pantry” P.O. Box 5678 , Oxnard , CA 93031 .
May God bless you and keep you this holiday season.
